The four-day celebration of food and drink brings together the world's most famous chefs for a series of specialty meals. Vegas Uncork'd runs May 10-13 and while many of the most in-demand events are sold-out, tickets remain for a few others that are truly exceptional.

Michael Mina has been slowly spreading his culinary influence in Las Vegas ever since his eponymous Bellagio restaurant first opened as Aqua back in 1998. The Egyptian-born chef has mastered a wide array of styles with each of his Strip restaurants distinctly different from one another. The good news — they're all exceptional in their own respective ways.
