A new exhibit in honor of the Rolling Stones is the perfect excuse for an evening out at the Palazzo in Las Vegas. Weigh the options at the resort and plan a fun night worthy of any rock star.

Imagine a museum dedicated to the Rolling Stones, and you have Exhibitionism. The traveling attraction includes all sorts of memorabilia and artifacts dedicated to the iconic band. Take a look at private notes, lyrics and journal entries - or see how stage designs came together with plans and sketches. Along the way, you'll pass through recreations of a London flat shared by the band members in the early days and a studio where some of their biggest hits were recorded. For a grand finale, "take to the stage" and experience the Stones up-close and personal with a 3D simulation of a concert. Exhibitionism runs through the end of January 2018 and is the only time the attraction will be on the west coast.

Want a great dinner at the Palazzo after checking out the Rolling Stones exhibit? Mario Batali's Carnevino is an Italian-inspired steakhouse that is one of the very best restaurants on the entire Strip. Known for an in-depth dry-aging program, prime cuts from Niman Ranch are aged in a private facility for as long as 120 days. Ask about the off-menu Riserva cut, which is dry-aged for seven to eight months, developing a distinct earthy tone that's highly desired by red meat aficionados. Batali's Italian heritage is also on full display with a strong lineup of pastas and wine.

A perfect show for date night, Baz is billed as a "musical mash-up" that combines pop music and classic stories from three Baz Luhrmann films - Romeo + Juliet, Moulin Rouge and the Great Gatsby - into one single high-energy stage production. The dramatic blend of romance and conflict unfolds at the Palazzo Theater, where actors sing and perform among elaborate set designs and even between rows of seats in the audience.

The Aquatic Club

Nestled in an intimate corner of the Palazzo pool deck, the Aquatic Club serves as a breezy cabana party during the day and an elegant cocktail spot during special events in the evening. For a fresh take on boozy fun, sample spiked ice cream and other frozen treats from the Prohibition Treat Trike that roams the poolside deck.

VegasGiant is ready to plan a night at the Palazzo that includes plenty of food, drink, fun and the Exhibitionism tribute to the Rolling Stones. Call 702-476-0001 to make plans today.
